  • Panthers to Consider Carson Palmer?
    January 25, 2011

Is Carson Palmer an option worth exploring for the Carolina Panthers? It’s no secret the Panthers are still on the prowl for a fixer-upper at quarterback after getting rid of Jake Delhomme last season, and Carson Palmer might just be the answer to their prayers. The Panthers have the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s draft, but now that Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck has pulled out of the draft, the team might go in a different direction in the draft and try for leverage at another – perhaps more experienced – quarterback as a quick fix for the team’s woes.

The Carolina Panthers are moving right along with coaching hires for the offseason, and yesterday they added a new offensive line coach with John Matsko, who was just fired by the Baltimore Ravens.
